King, Crown Prince condole Iraqi President on Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital fire victims

RIYADH — The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of condolences and consolation to President Barham Salih of the Republic of Iraq on victims of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital fire in the Republic of Iraq.

The King said: "We have received with utmost sorrow the news of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital fire in the Republic of Iraq, resulting in deaths and injuries.

“As we express to Your Excellency, the families of the deceased, the brotherly people of the Republic of Iraq, the warmest condolences and sincere consolation, we pray to Allah the Almighty to bestow mercy on the souls of the deceased, and we wish a speedy recovery for the injured."

Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy prime minister and minister of defense, too sent a cable of condolences and consolation to President Barham Salih of the Republic of Iraq on the victims of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital fire in the Republic of Iraq.

The Crown Prince said: "I have received the news of Ibn Al-Khatib Hospital fire in the Republic of Iraq, resulting in deaths and injuries. I express to Your Excellency and the families of the deceased, the warmest condolences and sincere consolation, praying to Allah the Almighty to bestow mercy on the souls of the deceased, and wishing the injured a speedy recovery." — SPA
