Al-Khorayef praises Saudi-Pak cooperation in industrial and mining sectors

RIYADH — Bandar Bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, minister of industry and mineral resources, affirmed the depth of the Saudi-Pakistani relations at all levels, praising the current cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, especially in the industrial and mining sectors.

In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on the occasion of the visit of Prime Minister Imran Khan of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Al-Khorayef said that the existing cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan enhances the mutual interests between the two brotherly countries in various important and vital fields.

He noted, the cooperation is boosted especially in the industrial and mining sectors, affirming that the volume of the Saudi non-oil exports to Pakistan reached more than SR2.75 billion during 2020, while the volume of imports from Pakistan during the same year reached nearly SR1.97 billion. — SPA
