Bahrain’s crown prince meets with his Abu Dhabi counterpart during UAE visit

Bahrain’s Crown Prince Salman Bin Hamad Al-Khalifa met here on Monday with Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, the Bahrain News Agency reported.

The Bahraini crown prince, who was on a one-day visit to the United Arab Emirates, highlighted the depth of historic relations between the two countries, noting that this deep bond continues to receive the full support of both Bahrain’s King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa and UAE President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan.

Prince Salman extended the greetings of King Hamad to the UAE president and Abu Dhabi crown prince, wishing the UAE further progress and development.

He noted the strength of bilateral cooperation and coordination between Bahrain and the UAE, which continues to be underpinned by a supportive, mutually beneficial partnership.

Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed welcomed the Bahraini Crown Prince, emphasizing the importance of further strengthening relations.

Regional and international developments, as well as bilateral efforts to face common challenges, were discussed.

Both leaders exchanged Ramadan and Eid greetings.

Crown Prince Salman and the accompanying delegation attended an iftar banquet hosted by his Abu Dhabi counterpart before leaving Bahrain.
