GACA: An electronic portal for registration of vaccinated travelers

May 19, 2021

RIYADH — The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has issued a circular to all airliners operating in the Kingdom's airports, regarding registering the data of immunized travelers arriving to the Kingdom who are non-Saudis and from exempted groups on the online portal dedicated to electronically registering the vaccinated travelers before arriving through the various air ports.

The registration can be done through the online link: https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home

This service comes with the participation of various entities (Ministry of Interior, GACA, Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, Ministry of Health, Elm Company).

The dedicated online portal (electronic registration of the vaccine) allows vaccinated travelers arriving to the Kingdom, those who are non-Saudi and from exempted groups, to register their immunization data electronically, which contributes to facilitating their procedures upon arrival for those who have completed all the regular procedures for entering the Kingdom.

This is by linking travelers' information directly with the “Tawakkalna” application, which facilitates the completion of the entry procedures for all arrivals to the Kingdom from all the Kingdom’s international outlets (air, sea and land) from countries from which arrival has not been suspended, as confirmed by GACA’s circular.

The circular had been distributed to the aviation companies operating in the Kingdom's airports, on the need to register all vaccinated travelers coming to the Kingdom of whom are non-Saudis and those from the exempted groups in the online portal dedicated to registering the vaccine electronically, while adhering to all the required requirements and submitting them to the competent authorities at the port. — SPA
