RIYADH — Minister of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi announced that the ministry is launching soon the service to pay work permits fees for a minimum of three months in advance.

Al-Rajhi said, while addressing a National Committee for Recreation and Entertainment meeting on Sunday, that the ministry is seeking to implement substantial changes in the labor market, including public as well as private sectors.

“The private sector as well as the Council of Saudi Chambers participated in the creation of the ministry’s decisions and initiatives related to the labor market,” he added.

Al-Rajhi praised the teamwork activities in laying out future plans, adding that several objectives helped boost growth of the private sector businesses during the previous period.

There are significantly qualified cadres working in several business sectors, which will accelerate the Kingdom’s economic development in line with Vision 2030, he said.
