RIYADH — The Board of Grievances has won the Smart Government Services Excellence Award (e-government category), granted by Dubai-based Middle East Excellence Awards Institute.

The Board of Grievances has been granted the prestigious award for its implementation of a comprehensive work mechanism that enabled the Riyadh-based institution to win several local and international awards under the supervision of its President and Administrative Judiciary Council Sheikh Dr. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Yousuf.

The Smart Government Services Excellence Award aims at encouraging smart institutional transformation and initiatives for developing the competitiveness of government services and infrastructure of smart government and cities.

The award also recognizes government organizations from the Middle East that offer the best smart services based on the highest technical standards; to develop innovative projects to improve smart government service delivery. — SPA
