Saudi-Hungarian parliamentary panel discuss cooperation

RIYADH — The Saudi-Hungarian Parliamentary Friendship Committee of the Shoura Council, headed by Saleh Bin Manei Al-Khelaiwi, member of the Shoura Council and chairman of the committee, held virtually a meeting with its counterpart at the Hungarian Parliament.

Al-Khelaiwi praised the bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Hungary, stressing the importance of strengthening and supporting them in various fields in order to achieve the interests of the two friendly countries.

He also highlighted the Kingdom's efforts to spread peace and stability in the world, particularly in the Middle East.

For his part, Robert Simon, chairman of the Hungarian-Saudi Parliamentary Friendship Committee, affirmed the importance of the bilateral relations between the two countries in various fields, particularly the parliamentary relations. During the meeting, they discussed issues of common interest. — SPA
