Saudi, US ground forces launch joint military exercise

RIYADH — The Royal Saudi Land Forces (RSLF) and the US Army Ground Forces (AGF) have launched a joint exercise in the northwestern region of the Kingdom, the Saudi Press Agency reported on Tuesday.

The exercise dubbed “Falcon Claws 4” aims to strengthen military relations between the two countries, unify military concepts through joint action between the forces of the two sides.

It also aims to facilitate the exchange of information and military experiences, improve compatibility between military equipment and doctrines, raise the level of readiness and ability to work with friendly forces, and prepare to face any external threats.
