RIYADH — Vice Minister of Culture Hamed Bin Mohammed Fayez met on Thursday with the High Representative for the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), Miguel Moratinos, at the cultural ministry's headquarters in Riyadh.

During the meeting, they discussed means of enhancing cooperation between the ministry and the UNAOC, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

They also reviewed the projects of common interests which the Ministry of Culture is carrying out as part of its efforts to boost the cultural sector in Saudi Arabia.

The meeting also reviewed the national strategy for culture and its initiatives, along with UNAOC's activities and its main programs and initiatives.
