RIYADH — The Research Center of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has released the first edition of the Criminal Procedure Law and regulations, including latest amendments under royal decrees and ministerial orders.

“This edition includes hyperlinks that facilitate finding relevant decrees, orders, and rulings compilations underpinning certain articles; as well as cross-references that make the edition highly readable,” said Bashar Al-Mufadda, director of the Research Center.

“The center aims to assist judges, lawyers, and litigants by compiling the law, regulations and latest amendments in a single edition," he added. "It also welcomes suggestions on the email address: RC@moj.gov.sa
