Two Saudis chosen as members of International Court for Commercial Arbitration

RIYADH — Dr. Khalid Al-Nowaiser has been chosen as member at the International Court for Commercial Arbitration affiliated with the International Chamber of Commerce, and Hussam Al-Hujailan as his deputy.

On the occasion, the Federation of Saudi Chambers has commended the pioneering status of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at international organizations effective in international decision-making at all levels.

Dr. Al-Nowaiser said, “It is my pleasure to be member of the International Court for Commercial Arbitration, which is one of the most important non-governmental international organizations that is related to commercial arbitration and its applications.”

He also praised the efforts of the Court and the support it offers to various business sectors, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s business sector that is witnessing several qualitative leaps due to the great and continuous support and attention by the leadership. — SPA
