RIYADH — Five falcons were sold for SR300,000 during the third day of auction at the International Falcon Breeders Auction (IFBA) on Monday. The auction was organized by the Saudi Falcons Club at its headquarters in Mallham, north of Riyadh.
The auction started on the first falcon “Gyr Falcon” from the French SB Falcons farm and it was sold for SR61,000. The second falcon "Gyr Qarmousha Falcon” from the French SB Falcons farm was sold for SR35,000.
The SB Falcons farm continued to display its falcons with the third falcon, “Gyr Falcon”, sold for SR66,000.
The most expensive deal for the third day was for the English Fox farm, where the fourth falcon “Gyr Falcon” was sold for SR80,000.
The third day concluded with the fifth falcon “Gyr Falcon” from the French SB Falcons farm, which was sold for SR58,000. — SPA
