MoJ launches a judicial digital platform ‘Taradhi’

RIYADH — The Ministry of Justice has launched “Taradhi” platform, an interactive digital platform and judicial legal database, allowing lawyers and interested parties to the judicial process.

“Taradhi” also allows them to easily access all commercial judgments and judicial documents with flexible and interactive tools.

The platform is aimed at judges, deputy judges, parties to proceedings, lawyers, prosecutors, academics and postgraduate students.

The platform aims to promote justice and transparency and to provide a unified online platform for judicial information.

“Taradhi” currently comprises over 30,000 judgments and 2,500 subject classifications, and the contents of the portal are divided into six main sections.

The sections being, all commercial ruling and appeals, all commercial rulings and appeals of the Supreme Court, bankruptcy rulings, the Shariah Code of Procedure, the Code of Criminal Procedure, and monthly updates on the regulations and decisions.

The Director General of the Research Center Dr. Bashar Al-Mahdi said that the platform was an approved digital platform for publishing judicial decisions.

He added that it is characterized by its accuracy, arrangement of judgments with modern presentation templates, to ensure ease of use.

The ministry plans to publish regulations, agreements, orders, scientific research, circulars and other legal documents, in the future.
