MADINAH — Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Ghazouani and his accompanying delegation arrived in Madinah Friday to visit the Prophet’s Mosque.

At Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah, they were received by Prince Saud Bin Khalid Al-Faisal, deputy governor of Madinah Region, and a number of senior officials.

President Ghazouani and his accompanying delegation paid a visit here Saturday to the Mosque of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

He also performed prayers inside the Prophet's Mosque and greeted the Prophet and his companions, may Allah be pleased with them.

Upon arrival at the Prophet's Mosque, the Mauritanian president was received by a number of officials. — SPA
