Interior Minister tours IFBA, meets falcon producers

RIYADH — Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif, who is also the chairman of the Saudi Falcons Club (SFC), visited on Friday the International Falcon Breeders Auction (IFBA).

During the visit he was briefed on the auction sections, which include a hall dedicated to auctions and exhibitions of the largest falcon production farms in the world, in addition to sections for medical and training falcon supplies.

Prince Abdulaziz also met a number of local and international falcon producers who expressed their gratitude to the Kingdom for hosting this international event and its constant keenness on the sustainability of the falconry heritage.

The minister toured a number of the club's facilities that were established to achieve the aspirations of the wise leadership in providing everything that would preserve the heritage and culture of falconry in the Kingdom and serving falconers.

Among these facilities is the exhibition building where the club's activities will be held, in addition to a hospital building for Falcons operated by a private company.
