Tadawul: SR3 billion net purchases of foreign investors in August

RIYADH — The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) Group announced that the net purchases of foreigners on the market through foreign direct investment during the month of August amounted to SR3.02 billion.

The net purchases of Saudi companies amounted to about SR1.3 billion during the month. The net purchases of individual investors amounted to SR530 million while the net sales of investment funds amounted to SR771.76 million last month.

The main stock market index closed Wednesday, down 9 points, at the level of 11,311 points, with transactions worth SR6.3 billion, bringing the total stock market gains during 2021 to about 30.16 percent, an increase of 2,621 points.
