September 09, 2021

First Mover, represented by its CEO Louay Al-Maqooshi, won the “Global CEO Excellence Award” for the year 2021, according to a study and statistics conducted by CEO Monthly magazine. The award was recently delivered at the company’s headquarters in Riyadh.

Al-Maqoshi explained, “First Mover” is one of the emerging Saudi creative companies, which was established in the fourth quarter of 2016 in the capital Riyadh, and provides its services in developing visual identities, building marketing and digital strategies, as well as providing implementation and event management services.

The company includes a team specializing in various creative and innovative fields. Within a short period of its establishment, it was able to occupy a prominent position in the Saudi market and to prove its efficiency and merit among competitors.

This was evident by granting 11 prominent government agencies and a number of private companies their confidence in the company by signing annual contracts to manage their advertising campaigns and develop their marketing strategy and visual identity.

“Out that the year 2020 witnessed the coronavirus pandemic, which greatly affected all aspects of life, as the personal and professional lives of most people were affected, in addition to significantly damaging the global economy.

“And thanks to God first and then the company’s work team, the year 2020 is considered a record year for the company, as the company’s revenues from the first and second quarters covered the total revenues achieved during 2019, an increase of 80% over the total of 2019.

“This is in addition to obtaining the membership of IAEE International — the International Association for Exhibitions and Events — and the opening a specialized department in the company to manage exhibitions, conferences, entertainment, sports and cultural events, supervised by a Saudi cadre with long experience in this field,” Al-Maqoushi added.

Al-Maqoushi expressed his happiness with this achievement by the company, which comes as a continuation of the successes it achieved previously, especially that the International CEO Excellence Award has a large regional presence. He also thanked the company's team members for their efforts in achieving these achievements.

Al-Maqoushi said that he dedicates this win in the first place to all the company's team, which he considers his second family and the main driver, and to the partners of First Mover from government, private and supportive agencies, as their confidence and belief in the team played a remarkable role in achieving its various achievements.
