ALGIERS — Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan arrived in Algeria on an official visit to deliver a message of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman to the Algerian president.
The Saudi foreign minister met on Tuesday with Algeria’s president Abdelmadjid Tebboune at the presidential palace in Algiers.
During the visit, Prince Faisal conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman to Algeria’s president.
The message highlighted historic relations between the two countries and ways to enhance joint cooperation.
The two sides discussed strengthening joint cooperation in many aspects, including bilateral political cooperation that supports the security and stability of the region, in addition to discussing regional and international developments and efforts made in their regard.
The meeting was attended by the Assistant Minister of State for African Affairs, Dr. Sami Bin Abdullah Al-Saleh, and the Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Algeria Dr. Abdullah Al-Bussairy.
