King, Crown Prince congratulate Nepal president on Constitution Day

RIYADH — The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of congratulation to President Bidhya Devi Bhandari of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal on the anniversary of her country's Constitution Day.
