VIENNA — The Saudi delegation of the trade system, headed by the Minister of Commerce and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Competitiveness Center (NCC) Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi, met with a number of businessmen and officials from Austro-Arab Chamber of Commerce (AACC).
During the meeting, they tackled opportunities to enhance and develop commercial relations, and upgrade the level of trade exchange and cooperation between the two countries in light of the qualitative facilities and reforms that the business sector enjoys in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
To mark the occasion, Dr. Al-Qasabi stressed the depth of the historical relations between the two countries, indicating that the two sides are looking forward to strengthen bilateral trade relations
The minister added, the Saudi economy has been witnessing, since the launch of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, unprecedented transformations that have led to open many new sectors, contributing to diversifying the economy and offering many available opportunities for investors.
On the other hand, Dr. Al-Qasabi met with the Director-General of the UN Office at Vienna Dr. Ghada Waly to discuss ways of cooperation in many common areas, in addition to the importance of trade integrity and security, which is one of the basic factors for economic competitiveness. — SPA
