Pakistani PM arrives in Madinah, prays in Prophet’s Mosque

MADINAH — The Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Imran Khan and his accompanying delegation arrived in Madinah to visit the Prophet’s Mosque.

At Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah, they were received by Prince Saud Bin Khalid Al-Faisal, deputy governor of Madinah Region, and a number of officials.

Imran Khan and his accompanying delegation later prayed at the Prophet’s Mosque.

Prime Minister Imran Khan and the accompanying delegation arrived in Jeddah from Madinah later in the day. During the visit, the Pakistani prime minister is scheduled to perform Umrah rituals.

Upon arrival at King Abdulaziz International Airport, they were received by Prince Badr Bin Sultan, acting governor of Makkah region and a number of officials. — SPA
