RIYADH — Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy prime minister and minister of defense, announced the conclusion of the "Middle East Green Initiative Summit”, which was held Monday in Riyadh, with wide international participation led by heads of states, leaders of world countries and decision-makers.

The initiative, presented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is designed to draw a regional road map to preserve and enhance life quality, address the challenges of climate change and make a global difference in the conservation of nature, humans and the wildlife.

In his speech at the closing ceremony of the summit, the Crown Prince said: "We, in the Middle East, are fully aware that there is a challenge and that there are very great opportunities for our countries, so we are holding a summit today with clear goals for our countries and we will work seriously."
