JEDDAH — The Saudi-led Arab Coalition supporting legitimacy in Yemen said Monday it has destroyed two sites in Yemen's Saada and Amran cities, used for launching ballistic missiles.

The target operation included the launching pads and the ballistic missiles in both sites, Saudi News Agency (SPA) quoted a Coalition tweet.

“The destruction process included the launchers and ballistic missiles at the two sites,” the Coalition said in a statement. “We have neutralized imminent and hostile attacks against civilians and civilian objects in the Kingdom,” the Coalition added.

Earlier in the day, the Coalition also reported the interception and destruction of an explosive-laden drone, launched by the "Houthi terrorist militia" in a systematic and deliberate manner to target civilian areas in Khamis Mushait City in southern Saudi Arabia. — SPA
