RIYADH — The Square sub-zone was one of the most prominent attractions in the BLVD RUH City zone Wednesday. Visitors can watch it from miles away before reaching the sub-zone, which is one of the most important entertainment destinations for visitors to Riyadh Season, 2021.
The giant screens in the Square sub-zone are one of the features that made it rival the most famous international squares, such as Times Square in New York. As soon as visitors pass the entrance gate, their attention is caught by the lights of the giant screens that display the latest services, projects and local and international brands.
The sub-zone includes The Fashion House, which is a destination for elegance and beauty, and one of the incubators of workshops specialized in fashion, supervised by international fashion experts. The sub-zone also has shopping stores and some restaurants and cafes surrounded by a group of giant screens with an area of 8,000 square meters and a height of 30 meters.
The sub-zone attracts visitors with flowing rhythms, with a path flanked by centers and shops that offer them a diverse shopping experience by selling brands of perfumes, fashion, and tastes from all over the world.
Square is one of the 9 diverse entertainment sub-zones in the BLVD RUH City zone that opened Tuesday, and it is one of the events that made visitors enjoy quality entertainment offered by Riyadh Season 2021 and document the moment by recording the events that have promised them greater imagination on camera.
The total area of the BLVD RUH City zone, which includes the Square sub-zone, is estimated at 900,000 square meters, which is three times larger than it was in Riyadh Season 2019. It contains more than 10,000 parking spaces for visitors, including parking spaces for people with disabilities, and a valet parking service. — SG
