NAUSS hosts first meeting of heads of Police Academies in Arab countries

RIYADH — The works of "The First Meeting of Heads of Police Academies and Security Training Institutes in the Arab Countries", hosted by Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS), started Monday within the framework of implementing the recommendations of the Eleventh Conference of Heads of Security Training and Qualification Institutions.

The meeting was attended by NAUSS President Dr. Abdulmajeed Bin Abdullah Albanyan, and Secretary General of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers Dr. Mohammed Ali Koman. It was attended virtually by Director General of the Directorate of Training and Qualification in the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Iraq Maj. Gen. Ziad Taha Ali.

As many as 23 participants from 13 Arab countries participated in the meeting, including Jordan, UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Egypt, Morocco and Mauritania. — SPA
