Saudi Gazette report

RIYADH - An official source at the Public Prosecution said that Attorney General Sheikh Saud Al-Muajab issued an order to arrest and bring to justice a man who posted a video on his Twitter account that contains visuals of his appearance and making disparaging remarks insulting the Divine Essence.

“The Attorney General instructed to initiate investigation into this crime after verifying the authenticity of the content of the video that is attributed to him,” an official source at the Public Prosecution said.

The source said that the Public Prosecution will spare no effort in chasing and criminalizing those who advocate ideas that are offending religious values, and will bring such persons to justice. At the same time, the Public Prosecution will continue besieging the terrorist ideologues who are trying to spread their deviant thoughts and ideologies among members of the community, the source added.
