RIYADH — The Saudi Telecom Company (STC) has bagged several awards at the “Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Effie Awards 2021” ceremony, as it responded to the inquiries of individuals and users regarding the 5G network.

STC won the Gold Award for the “best use of data” category, while “STC Pay” sealed the gold award for its interactive application for the “Sustainable Success” category, and STC’s Jawwy won the bronze for the “Fair Telco” category.

The group interactively answered the customers' questions about the 5G network, by collecting information and extracting data about individuals' inquiries, analyzing and answering them in simple ways, and creating a video clip that addresses most of the answers. — SPA
