Crown Prince embarks on Gulf states tour

JEDDAH —
Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, will embark on a tour of neighboring Gulf states starting with Oman on Monday.

Prince Muhammad bin Salman will also visit the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait.

This was in line with the directives of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, the Royal Court said in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency.

The tour comes ahead of the annual GCC summit, which will be held in Riyadh in mid-December.
