Crown Prince meets British defense minister

RIYADH – Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, met here on Wednesday British Defense Minister, Ben Wallace.

During the meeting, they discussed the existing areas of cooperation between the two countries, especially in the defense aspect. They also reviewed the latest developments in the regional and international arenas and the efforts exerted towards them.

The meeting was attended by Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense and Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet; National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed bin Muhammad Al-Aiban; Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs Khaled Al-Bayari; Director General of the Minister of Defense’s Office Dr. Hisham Al-Sheikh; and Military Adviser to the Minister of Defense Major General Eng. Talal Al-Otaibi.

On the British side, British Ambassador to the Kingdom Neil Crumpton; Senior Military Adviser to the Middle East, General Joe Sampson; Military Attache General Patrick O'Donald; Director of Future Air War Operations Richard Burthon; and Special Secretary of Defense Minister David Morgan were attended. — SPA
