MAKKAH — The member states of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (ICCIA) agreed in its 32nd meeting that was held Friday at the headquarters of Makkah Chamber of Commerce on a number of items on the agenda.
Addressing the meeting, the Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid Bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi virtually delivered a speech in which he stressed interest in private sector's cooperation to support the trade and economic system among Islamic countries.
This, he said, can be achieved by making a qualitative leap, and establishing partnerships with international partners, while welcoming the delegations of ICCIA member states to Saudi Arabia.
He said, "I am pleased to welcome you to your second country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the heart of the Islamic world, and I thank you for your presence.
“I’ll cite everyone's ambition to reach tangible results in order to enhance the renaissance and development of the economy, with an annual meeting to present opportunities investment in Islamic countries." — SPA
