TAIF – Thick fog blanketed the picturesque peaks of Al-Hada and Al-Shafa, located at an altitude of about 2,700 meters above the sea level, in the Taif governorate since the early hours of Monday. It was a spectacular panoramic view of fog rolling over the mountain landscape in the backdrop of the alpenglow blue and rising sun.
Fog in the mountainous regions formed a panoramic painting that captivated the visitors with an astounding visual treat, accompanied by soft breezes and dewy scent of Taif flowers. Fog is a thick cloud of tiny water droplets suspended in the atmosphere and that obscures or restricts visibility to a greater extent than mist; strictly, reducing visibility to below one kilometer.
