RIYADH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of congratulations to Dr. Mohamed Younis Al-Menfi, head of Libya’s Presidential Council, on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, has also sent a cable of congratulations to Dr. Al-Menfi on the occasion.

In their cables, the Saudi leaders wished the president constant good health and happiness and the government and people of Libya steady progress and prosperity. — SPA
