RIYADH — The Ministry of Health has obtained the ISO 20000 Information Technology Services Management System Quality Certificate, which is accredited by the International Standards Authority.

The certificate was issued in view of the successes achieved by the Ministry of Health in developing its services and keeping pace with the digital transformation process that it has worked on in accordance with international specifications and standards. In addition, the ministry’s credentials in organizing and completing operations, developing skills of cadres working in the field of information technology management were considered. — SPA
