AMMAN —
Arabs hands are extended to the brothers in Iran if they stopped threatening region's security and stability, which includes its support of the terrorist militias and pursuit of nuclear weapons, Saudi Arabia's foreign minister Prince Faisal Bin Farhan said.

The Minister's statement came at the joint press conference held on Monday with his Jordanian counterpart Ayman Safadi in the Jordanian capital, Amman, where they discussed the brotherly relationship between the two countries, adding that Saudi Arabia and Jordan share well-established historical brotherly relations based on respect and joint cooperation in many fields.

Prince Faisal discussed with his Jordanian counterpart ways to create opportunities for developing economic and trade relations, and ways to develop and enhance prosperity between the two countries.

The two counterparts touched on the terrorist attacks against the Kingdom, as Prince Faisal appreciated the position of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, which rejects all attacks against Saudi Arabia against civilian areas and objects by the terrorist Houthi militia backed by Iran.

During the conference, the two sides discussed Iran's destabilizing role for security and stability in the region and the world and its support for militias, where they stressed the importance of intensifying efforts to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons and freeing the Middle East of weapons of mass destruction.

The minister appreciated the efforts made by the Kingdom of Jordan in supporting the Palestinian crisis and the brotherly Palestinian people to obtain their rights.

Meanwhile, they reviewed the recent developments in Afghanistan and the need to stand with the Afghan people during their humanitarian crisis.
