KSrelief pumps over 500,000 liters of water to camps in Al-Hudaydah

AL-HUDAYDAH — King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) has continued implementing water supplies and environmental sanitation project for the displaced people camps in Al-Khawkhah District, Al-Hudaydah Governorate, Yemen.

From 30 December, 2021 to 5 January, 2022, as many as 301,000 liters of water was pumped into reservoirs and 287,000 liters of water for household use. Moreover, 28 shipments were used to get rid of waste from the displaced people camps, benefiting 8,400 individuals.

Medical services



Meanwhile, the dialysis center in Al-Ghaydah district in Al-Mahrah governorate , Yemen, has continued providing medical services to patients, backed by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).

During December 2021, the center received 159 patients, 43 of whom received 448 dialysis sessions.

This comes as part of the projects being implemented by Saudi Arabia through KSrelief, to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people. — SPA
