RIYADH — Korean President Moon Jae-in and his spouse visited the historical Turaif District, where they were received by Saudi Tourism Minister Ahmad Al-Khatib and CEO of Diriyah Gate Development Authority Jerry Inzerillo. During the visit, the president, accompanied by Saudi Investment Minister Eng. Khalid Al-Faleh (the accompanying minister), watched a visual presentation on the stages of the history of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and toured Salwa Palace and Diriyah Museum in historical Turaif District, which is listed on the UNESCO’s World Heritage List. The historical Turaif District is considered the center of establishing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where its features and architecture review the establishment of the first Saudi State and its capital since its establishment by Imam Mohammed bin Saud. — SPA
