RIYADH — The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) predicted that cold air mass accompanied by frost and snowfall would hit some regions of the Kingdom from Wednesday.

According to Abdullah Al-Misnid, former professor of climate at Al-Qassim University, the cold air mass will move southward from northern regions to north central regions on Thursday and then to eastern regions on Friday.

The NMC said that this climatic condition is expected to be accompanied by strong sandstorm.
