RIYADH — The Tawakkalna application confirmed that the colored codes that appear on the main screen of the application are the approved way to prove the health status of citizens, expatriates and visitors.
It stated that the dark green color indicates that the beneficiary has completed the approved doses of coronavirus vaccine while green shows that the user has not proven to be infected. Green also indicates that the person has taken the first dose of vaccine but not achieved the status of immune.
The orange color indicates that the person is in contact whereas the brown color means that the person is infected. The purple color shows that the beneficiary is traveling from abroad.
Tawakkalna revealed that grey color would appear on the app if it encounters anyone of the following eight problems: interruption of Internet connection; disabling of GPS location sharing service; not granting permanent permission to share location; activating VPN connection; showing presence of applications that change the geographical location; jailbreak for iPhone and root for Android; not specifying location of the residence; and not updating the application.
