RIYADH — The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has enabled attorneys and legal agents to apply through the Najiz.sa portal for rehearing dismissed cases.

“Previously available only to the claimant, the service aims to facilitate procedures, enable remote applications, and save clients time and effort,” the ministry said.

Through its Najiz.sa portal, the MoJ provides over 125 e-services, allowing clients to obtain the services they need without having to visit any of the ministry’s premises. — SG
