RIYADH — The Conciliation Center of the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has signed agreements with various entities in line with its Registered Conciliator initiative.

The entities include the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, the Real Estate General Authority, the Saudi Bar Association, the Council of Cooperative Health Insurance, and Almawaddah Society for Family Development, among others.

“A registered conciliator is a specialized mediator belonging to an agency registered by the Conciliation Center to provide conciliation services through the Taradhi platform,” the MoJ said.

“In collaboration with public agencies, the initiative seeks to provide multiple conciliation channels and recruit well-qualified and experienced mediators.”

Aiming to ensure high-quality output, the ministry launched a pilot phase of the initiative; enabled 45 conciliators to mediate in the family, commercial and civil paths; and held over 15 training workshops for registered agencies. — SG
