RIYADH — Acting Secretary-General of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) Maj. Gen. Mohammed Bin Saeed Al-Moghdi received Monday at the IMCTC headquarters a delegation from the Omani Command and Staff College (CSC) of Sultan's Armed Forces (SAF) headed by the College Commander, Air Staff Brig. Gen. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mashikhi.

The visit comes in the context of knowledge exchange to combat terrorism and violent extremism.

The delegation attended a detailed demonstration of IMCTC efforts in combating terrorism and its role in countering extremist ideology and coordinating all efforts to confront terrorist trends through intellectual, media, and military initiatives and combating terrorist financing.

This is in addition to its role in coordinating and intensifying the efforts of member states of the IMCTC. — SPA
