RIYADH — Chief of General Staff Lieutenant-General Fayyad Al-Ruwaili received at Diriyah Joint Operations Center on Tuesday the Commander of the US Central Command, Lieutenant General Michael Eric Corella, currently on a visit to Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues of common interest and ways to enhance military cooperation. They stressed the extended partnership and cooperation between the armed forces of both countries, praising the pivotal role played by the Kingdom and the United States in achieving security and stability in the region.

The meeting was attended by a number of senior officers in the Saudi and US armed forces. — SPA
