MADINAH — Minister of Commerce and Acting Minister of Media Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi has visited the International Exhibition and Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization in Madinah, where he was briefed on the various sections of the exhibition including the civilized technical models, modern Atlases, and refereed encyclopedias.
Dr. Al-Qasabi expressed his admiration for this scientific achievement of the Islamic heritage, as it was presented in a modern and documentary format that relies on a presentation technology
This confirms the Kingdom’s keenness to serve the Holy Qur’an and the Prophetic Sunnah, especially the biography of the Prophet.
He added that this effort meets the objectives of the Saudi Vision 2030 in enriching the faith motive for the visitors of the Two Holy Mosques.
The international museums represent a precedent of their kind in the history of introducing the biography of the Prophet and Islamic civilization, with their unique sources, techniques, and means of display that keep pace with the latest technologies to provide visitors around the world with information about Islamic values and to counter misconceptions. — SG
