RIYADH — The Human Rights Commission (HRC) President Dr. Awwad Bin Saleh Al-Awwad received here Monday Ambassador of the European Union's (EU) Mission to Saudi Arabia Patrick Simonnet.

During the meeting, they reviewed a number of issues of common interest and aspects of bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom and the EU in the field of human rights and ways of developing and enhancing them.

The two sides discussed the developments in the Kingdom and the pioneering steps towards achieving sustainable development in accordance with the Kingdom Vision 2030. — SPA
