JEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, on the anniversary of his assumption of the reins of power.

In his cable, the Monarch wished His Highness the sincerest felicitations and constant health and happiness and the government and people of the sisterly State of Qatar steady progress and prosperity.

Crown Prince Mohamed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, has sent a similar cable of congratulations to Sheikh Tamim on the occasion.
