PARAMARIBO — The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) grouping on Tuesday announced its support for Saudi Arabia hosting World Expo 2030.

Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Member of the Cabinet and Envoy for Climate Affairs Adel Al-Jubeir has attended the 43rd meeting of the Caribbean Community Organization (CARICOM) Heads of Government, representing Saudi Arabia.

The group hosted a lunch banquet on the sideline of the meeting in honor of their Saudi guest.

Al-Jubeir thankd the group on their support for Riyadh bid to host World Expo 2030.

They discussed bilateral relations between the Kingdom and the group and ways to enhance them in all fields. — SG
