ARAFAT — Prince Badr Bin Sultan, deputy emir of Makkah, has visited on Thursday the Command and Control Center of the Ministry of Health, in Mina, where he was received by the Minister of Health, Fahd Al-Jalajel, and a number of ministry senior officials.

Prince Badr was reassured about the health status of the pilgrims and the services provided to them during the Hajj of this year 1443 AH. He also listened to an explanation of the tasks of the Command and Control Center of the Ministry of Health.

The deputy emir of Makkah was also briefed on the efforts of the Health Ministry in serving the pilgrims, including providing services to more than 53000 pilgrims, and conducting more than 100 cardiac catheterization operations, 8 open-heart surgeries, and the provision of more than 1,800 medical care services through the Virtual Hospital in Riyadh. — SPA
