The public can lodge complaints with regard to services related to petroleum products, gas, gas stations and service centers, in addition to petrochemical products.

If a person wants to report any violation related to gas stations or service centers, he can file a complaint through the Ministry of Energy’s website :https://pc.moenergy.gov.sa/moecsp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=de45c412c312310015519f2974d3ae1b. The committee has assigned an icon to submit the reports so that the person would be able to file the complaint within the required data, in addition to describe it, and then submit it.

It is noteworthy that the committee was formed last year by a decision of the Council of Ministers, and it includes representatives from 11 ministries and government agencies.
