JEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman has sent a cable of congratulations to Transitional President Lt. Col. Paul Henri Sandaogo Damiba of Burkina Faso, on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.

In his cable, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the President constant good health and happiness and the government and people of Burkina Faso steady progress and prosperity.

Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, has sent a similar cable of congratulations to President Damiba on the anniversary of his country's Independence. — SPA
