RIYADH — The Ministry of Health's 937 Service center has received 8,794,473 calls in the first half of 2022, including 2,515,502 calls for medical consultation.
The Ministry of Health stressed that the number of reports that have been referred reached 354,755, while the percentage of beneficiary evaluation reached 86.33 percent, with a satisfaction average after closing reports standing at 89.56 percent.
The ministry said that the center will continue to offer health services through advanced systems that targets clarity and accuracy in highlighting health services and supporting beneficiaries round the clock through the free number 937.
The ministry said that the center has resumed the Whatsapp service, which allows users to administrate all health services through instant chat via the number 92005937. — SPA
